As platform formwork is a kind of formwork that specially applies for concreting floor slab, it is abroad used for high-rise building or super high-rise building, multilayer industry workshop, structure under ground etc. in the process of construction, after some floor slab concreting and reach the schedule intensity, the whole formwork can be lifted to upper floor and continue to use that need not disassemble. Compared with traditional formwork, this platform formwork has advantages that structure is simple, assembly and disassembly are easy, and it can be reused. Roof support system which using bowl buckle to connect with timber plank is abandoned, so construct rate remarkably improves and manpower is saved greatly.

2,Platform Formwork Assemble

One platform formwork unit includes panel, timber beam, jointing piece, angle connector, steel prop etc. which is shown in below fig. when assembled, all components of formwork are a whole except the steel prop, including panel, timber beam, jointing piece, angle connector etc. panel and secondary girder are connected with flooring nails, then main girder and secondary girder are connected with angle connectors. After assembled, formwork is held by holding bracket and fixes steel prop that fastened with jointing piece by pin.
